Guided by Yoga Master Cheri Rae, she will take you into YOUR yoga. Giving you the tools and understanding of why your body needs each pose and articulate movement. You stretch your muscles and activate your body. Mixing it up daily between yin and active movement that gives you a dopamine release activating your brain function, but also keeping a balanced central nervous system.

Meditation & Breathwork
This guided meditation will connect you to higherself and your heart. Allowing you to connect to your intention for your daily practice.
Breathwork is the most powerful modality for energy detox. It flushes the toxins, heavy metals, and anxious energy that keeps you in a fight or flight response.

Cacao and Journaling
Besides being one of the most powerful superfoods, Cacao is a massive heart opener. It's been used for thousands of years in ancient spiritual practices to connect you to your heart and your higherself. Adding this delicious drink into your morning practice gives you a coffe like zing without the crash and will connect you to your days intention. Journaling will give you a space to download everything that came up for you creating a dialogue with your feelings and intentions.
