This Full Moon is a Super Moon called the Sturgeon Moon. It is the last of the Super Moons this year and will be the biggest and the brightest we've seen this year. It has the potential to trigger a lot of emotional reactions and cause a major duality to what we need versus what we want. This gives us the opportunity to pause, observe with mindfulness and watch ourselves in this moment instead of falling into the old patterns of reacting and causing more stress for ourselves.
This coupled with the last day of the lions gate portal gives us the opportunity to see how we are getting in our own way and make space with the medicine of our breath to fall into alignmnet with flow. Connecting to that deep trust within.
